“Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.” Happiness is a very important aspect of life. Being happy makes you feel so much better about yourself, it makes you see things more clearly.  By saying no keeps you in the "comfort zone". People feel that it's the easy way of getting out of things.  By saying yes allows you to open up to more fun & exciting things. You can grow as a person and build your happiness.  Movies and song lyrics has us dreaming about perfection and things that realistically won't happen. Dreaming of that perfect date, a perfect job, a perfect life... People have their expectations set so high they are destined for disappointment.  It is important for people to remember to be themselves. Trying to change yourself for others does not feel good. Hey people! It's been a while since my last post, and I thought that for this one I would write about my favourite beauty products at the moment!  So firstly I'll start with face products... My favourite two foundations I love right now are the Benefit  hello flawless oxygen wow!  and  Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation ! If I want more of a full face coverage then I will wear the Bourjois one, but if I want something a bit lighter just for a day-to-day look, then I will use the benefit one. I do find that I have to use the Benefit foundation very sparingly... 1) because of how much it costs (£26.50) and 2) it comes out of the pump very quickly and I never really need to use much at all.  Moving onto concealer... My absolute fave is the  Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer ! Hello everyone! I went into Lush on Wednesday and I saw the lip scrubs sat on the side next to the tills so, as you do, I decided to smell them and I absolutely fell in love with the bubblegum one and I had to buy it! so when I got home, I rubbed some on my lips, but at first I didn't know how to get rid of all the sugary scrub off my lips, so I Googled it and it said to just lick it off... at first I thought that was kind of weird and I was a bit put of the idea so I licked a small bit off and it tasted amazing!!! Hey people! So, in 10 days, I am off to New York! We booked it a while ago and I have been super excited but the countdown has been taking agesssss but now there's almost a week to go and I cannot control my excitement!! We went last year during Easter and it was amazing! That's partly the reason for wanting to go back so soon. The only down side was the weather! It was cold!!! But this year is going to be colder! I just looked at their weather on my phone app and apparently it is currently snowing... Anyway, I wanted to share this with you guys as I will keep you posted with what I am doing daily out there and, when I arrive home after we have been, I will be posting photos of what we have been getting up to. The plan is; we will arrive in Newark airport (if that's how it's spelt) and we will be getting the train to Grand Central and walking up to our hotel in Times Square.
